What are our opening hours and where is located the main office ?
Everyday, from 8am to 6pm. Located close to Juliana International Airport (2 minutes away by car or shuttle)
What documents needs to be shown in order to pick-up my car ?
You will need to provide the following documents to make your rental agreement:
NB: For any additional drivers to be included in the contract, the documents from the 1st and 2nd point will be charged.
Do I have to put a deposit before picking-up my car ?
A pre-authorization on your credit card will be done in the making of the contract. Please note that you might need to raise your ceiling to validate the transaction. It is essential for the delivery of the car. In case of disaster, the deposit will be equal to the amount of duty payable. The amount will depend on the category and chosen insurance package. Until the end of the lease, the amount will be blocked on your account but will not be charged to your card.
Do I have to check the car before leaving with it ?
Checking the status of the car is recommended before leaving with it and in line with the document handed in with the contract. If you notice anything unusual, like a not listed shock for example, don’t hesitate to warn the staff before your departure.
My driver license was stolen…Can I have my car without it or not ?
If dated in the two months from the date of rent and if established by the police, reported stolen or lost licenses can be accepted.
I forgot my driver license…Can I have my car ?
No, presenting your driver’s license is an obligation. Copies even certified as “authentic” will not be accepted.
Is it possible to add an additional insurance?
Yes. There are plenty of options and insurances like the Loss damage waiver. LDW is both the Collision Damage waiver and theft Waiver. The Third-Party Liability is also an option. Third party liability is insurance that covers the insured for damages, losses, and injuries to third parties when an accident occurs. In other words, it offers protection against the claims of damages or losses caused to a driver who is not the insured.
Can I choose to pick-up or drop off my car in an other location than Princess Juliana office ?
Yes, anywhere with a one way fee of USD35. We have an office at Grand Case Airport where the car can be dropped off.
My plane has some delay and I will be late to pick up my car. What should I do ?
If your plane have some deplay, please send us an email to Booking.Juliabam@gbh.fr with you flight info and you car rental reservation number. Please not that if your plane arrives after office hours ( after 6PM) we recommand to call the agency +1 721-543-5270 and maybe pick up your car on the next day... it will be waiting for you :)
