Car Rental for Young Driver

Drivers under the age of 26 and/or who have held their driver’s licence for less than 3 years are considered to be young drivers, and must subscribe to the Young Driver’s insurance to be covered.

The Young Driver surcharge is a fee that will be applied to drivers who:

• Have held their licence for less than 3 years

• Are younger than 26 even though they have had their licence for more than 3 years

A 5 $ per day surcharge per rental will be applied to young drivers.

If you are a young driver, you must pay the surcharge fee to be covered by insurance so avoid any unnecessary trouble and simply add it to your booking. *Depending on the rental vehicle category, please check our general terms & conditions.
