Save time with the Ready Service option and be on your way!

With Premium Service, you have the option of getting a dedicated and fast service as soon as you arrive at the airport.

If you choose Premium Service (USD 33) we will prepare your rental agreement prior to your arrival and have your car ready in the airport car park. With this option, no more wasting time on paperwork at the front desk. You will no longer have to use the shuttle to go and collect your rental in one of our outdoors car parks.

• Save time, choose early check-in and don’t wait anymore at the front desk

• Make sure you send your driver’s licence information and the security deposit 48 hours in advance

• Pick up your car directly at Princess Juliana Intl airport car park. When you choose the Ready Service option you :

• Give us authorisation to use your booking information (credit card and driver's licence) to establish the rental agreement before your arrival.

• Enjoy a faster service at the front desk: your rental agreement is ready, so simply have your credit card, driver's licence and ID handy and you can go pick up your car.

How can I add the Premium option?

You can select and add the Ready Service option in the following instances:

• You are renting a vehicle at the Princess Juliana International airport

• Your booking is scheduled between 8am and 6pm (local time) from Monday to Friday for at least a 48 hour period.

• You call +1(721) 543 5270 to make your reservation and let us know that you wish to add the Premium Service. Payment must be made over the phone, and you will have to send us a copy of your driver’s licence and ID at info@europcar-sxm.com with the object: SERVICE READY INFORMATIONS - RESERVATION REFERENCE XXXX

• No additional drivers were added at the time of your booking. (You can add an additional driver at the renting location if necessary)

• Your booking information has been confirmed. (for instance, if you chose an equipment that has not been confirmed yet, you cannot choose the Ready Service option).
