The Theft Waiver (THW) guarantee allows you to limit your financial responsibility in the event of theft or attempted theft of the vehicle you have rented

For cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the renter will receive a full refund. For any cancellation requested less than 30 days before, the amount of the reservation paid will be refunded minus a minus cancellation fee of US$50.

Third party liability is a car rental insurance that covers the cost of damage to someone else’s car plus any compensation costs for injuries caused the other person (third party). It’s an insurance cover whose policy is subscribed by the insured (first party) from the insurance company (second party) and protects against claims of another person (third party).
